Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) KOO Tigers's Robert Collen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emin Bayram in the 4th minute of play. Uğuralp Vasfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uğuralp Vasfi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zaccheo Andolina showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 20th minute Zaccheo Andolina suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 20 minutes, Gündüz Engiay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KOO Tigers and the Italy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of KOO Tigers:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Italy:s goal. Sigfrido Auletta walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Uğuralp Vasfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guiscardo Davide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guiscardo Davide in the 26th minute of play forced KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Uğuralp Vasfi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Robert Collen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Cutri made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gianpaolo Mascari immediately put the ball in play. 43 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Guiscardo Davide came free, but Uğuralp Vasfi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goalkeeper Uğuralp Vasfi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sigfrido Auletta. Zena Busacca charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zena Busacca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Zena Busacca hit a great ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Emin Bayram managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KOO Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emin Bayram was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Guiscardo Davide made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Guiscardo Davide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uğuralp Vasfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Collen in the 61st minute of play. When Roberto-Carlos Björklund fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOO Tigers's protests and gave Roberto-Carlos Björklund a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, KOO Tigers's Roberto-Carlos Björklund got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Italy's Porziano Marchitelli got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 played minutes KOO Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Azmi Bilkan. KOO Tigers's Kudret Şükrü was substituted for Emin Bayram. Azmi Bilkan kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Guiscardo Davide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uğuralp Vasfi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sigfrido Auletta in the 76th minute. Uğuralp Vasfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guiscardo Davide in the 78th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xiao Yu Chao got free with Flavio Vittori in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th minute, Robert Collen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uğuralp Vasfi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Porziano Marchitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uğuralp Vasfi came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Italy's Porziano Marchitelli. But to his dismay, Porziano Marchitelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 93rd minute, Guiscardo Davide got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Sostene Vitulli hit a great ball. Flavio Vittori acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alfonso Cordario. There was no doubt that Italy were the better team. Italy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
