Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joel Classon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Kenn Skou hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Anton Stenman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Klas Åström hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Björn Blomkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tor Brolin in the 12th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Björn Blomkvist came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Denmark's Chris Nygaard. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Björn Blomkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 22 played minutes Karlsborg got a freekick which was hit by Fred Lund. Edvard Magnusson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. After some careless play in the Karlsborg defense, Bertram Svenningsen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Björn Blomkvist. The Karlsborg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Björn Blomkvist should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Stenman. 37 minutes into the match, Karlsborg's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Björn Blomkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Denmark's Keld Paulsen got control of the ball when Anton Stenman tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karlsborg's Joel Classon got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Björn Blomkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertram Svenningsen in the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Karlsborg getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fred Lund hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the game, Olav Graversen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karlsborg the free kick. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. After 71 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Simon Bendtsen. Lars Steen charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lars Steen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joel Classon's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Classon helped the player get up and apologised. Joel Classon hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 85thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karlsborg's Björn Blomkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Bertram Svenningsen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Björn Blomkvist. Bertram Svenningsen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 96th minute, Karlsborg's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chris Nygaard fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
