Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Zaccheo Andolina started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sigfrido Auletta in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Greid Tinsmith prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doffes Damer's Greid Tinsmith was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 17th minute Pier Kopacz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greid Tinsmith showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Inge Braa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Flavio Vittori, 1-0. Sigfrido Auletta scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Greid Tinsmith, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Greid Tinsmith made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 29th minute of play. Pier Kopacz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavio Vittori came out and tried to block the shot, but Pier Kopacz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 30th minute. In the 41st match minute, Doffes Damer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greg Barrera to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Inge Braa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Vittori was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Greid Tinsmith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 47th minute of the match.

Flavio Vittori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inge Braa in the 57th minute of play. Inge Braa spun around in front of the goal 57 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Italy's goal. After having played for 61 minutes, Inge Braa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doffes Damer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inge Braa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Doffes Damer's Ronaldo Cristi was substituted for Inge Braa. Doffes Damer made a substitution. Andréas Stigsson replaced Greg Barrera. Greid Tinsmith made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Porziano Marchitelli sent off a good shot on target. Greid Tinsmith showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sigfrido Auletta in the 66th minute of the match. Göran Vedholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavio Vittori having to make a save. Doffes Damer made a substitution. Carl Nordlander replaced Pier Kopacz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Cristi in the 72nd minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Thiago Alcântara in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. 81 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Cristi came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Auletta in the 83rd minute of play forced Doffes Damer's goalkeeper Greid Tinsmith to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doffes Damer's Ronaldo Cristi got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Italy made a substitution. Sansone Vanella replaced Gianpaolo Mascari. Italy's Adriano Curto was substituted for Zaccheo Andolina. Doffes Damer's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
