In the 6th minute Jervis Tresise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jervis Tresise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 11th minute of play forced Stratton FC's goalkeeper Lawrance See to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lawrance See showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 23rd minute of play forced Stratton FC's goalkeeper Lawrance See to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lawrance See showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lawrance See. Stratton FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 31st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lawrance See made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 32nd minute of play. Nentres Travers's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nentres Travers helped the player get up and apologised. Hungary's Jonas Imre was substituted for Antal Valentin. Nentres Travers hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Stratton FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Balazs Lajos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jonas Imre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lawrance See made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 44th minute of play. Matthew Grieve kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Balazs Lajos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 played minutes Stratton FC got a freekick which was hit by Bradshaw Waller. The Stratton FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hungary were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alessandro Sacchi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lawrance See saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Stratton FC's Bradshaw Waller got a free kick in the 55th minute. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lawrance See. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute, Jervis Tresise made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Szekeres Tamas's late challenge caught a Stratton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szekeres Tamas helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Szekeres Tamas. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Brynn Andrews stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Brynn Andrews tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hegedus Henrik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stratton FC's Lawrance See proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Stratton FC from getting a goal against them. Jonas Imre's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lawrance See firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Stratton FC's Alessandro Sacchi got a free kick in the 77th minute. Stratton FC made a substitution. Matt Sanderson replaced Brynn Andrews. Stratton FC's Lawrance See proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Stratton FC from getting a goal against them. Hegedus Henrik succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 85th playminute. Stratton FC's Ivan Warhurst was substituted for Jervis Tresise. Alessandro Sacchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. At last the ball reached Martyon Gronow at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Hungary. 2-2.
