Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gu Zhan Qiang's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Gu Zhan Qiang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 20th minute of play forced Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s goalkeeper Fedele Giampieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felipe Barreto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Fedele Giampieri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bruno Bastos made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s Ali Vedat Nafi. Felipe Barretos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Fedele Giampieri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viriato Moura in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fedele Giampieri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Portugal's Viriato Moura in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Radnicki 1923 Kg-Stars™'s goalie prevented a goal. Ali Vedat Nafi got a throw-in 40 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jugoslav Đurđević. After 41 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Miranda. Fedele Giampieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 43rd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Gu Zhan Qiang scored 1-2 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fedele Giampieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 59th minute of the match. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. In the 71st minute, Ali Vedat Nafi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Portugal's attentive Daniel Pimentel managed to snatch the ball when Juan Bordon made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gu Zhan Qiang in the 94th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
