Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Zvezdan Nedeljkovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Comăneci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Drasko Rajkovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calistrat Hurmuzescu having to interfere. Calistrat Hurmuzescu came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Serbia's Rasko Nestorovski. But to his dismay, Rasko Nestorovski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Anton Platon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zvezdan Nedeljkovic having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anton Platon got free with Zvezdan Nedeljkovic in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 23 minutes of play, JUNIOR 2012's Anton Platon made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Calistrat Hurmuzescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sreten Popovic in the 27th minute of play. Drasko Rajkovic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Serbia defense, Anton Platon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. The Serbia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zvezdan Nedeljkovic should have stopped the shot. In the 44th minute, Radu Olăroiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anton Platon to strike the kick off in the second half. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Platon went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 57thth minute of the game Anton Platon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Radu Olăroiu charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radu Olăroiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 63 minutes in the game Momir Gisic did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rasko Nestorovski. If Eugen Petrean had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Platon in the 67th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Anton Platon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Anton Platon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anton Platon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by JUNIOR 2012's Anton Platon. But to his dismay, Anton Platon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 79thth minute of the game Radu Olăroiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Radu Olăroiu came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the JUNIOR 2012 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radu Olăroiu couldn't finish the play. Eugen Petrean made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Serbia's Zivko Cvetkovic. Sreten Popovic hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Platon in the 87th minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, Serbia's Borjan Golubovic made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Hurmuzescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Anton Platon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. JUNIOR 2012's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
