Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) After 5 minutes of play, HIT Gorica's Goražd Djordjević made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Denmark's Simon Bendtsen got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute of the match Erland Apelkvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keld Paulsen skillfully saved the ball. In the 14th minute, Mathias Ludvigsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goražd Djordjević in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Chris Nygaard made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Konstantin Pančur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Goražd Djordjević managed to get in a good position for a shot. HIT Gorica's supporters rose to their feet, but Goražd Djordjević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasilije Sedlak's late challenge caught a Denmark's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vasilije Sedlak helped the player get up and apologised. If Bertram Svenningsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keld Paulsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Goražd Djordjević's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, HIT Gorica's goal looked a bit too open when Chris Nygaard came free, but Konstantin Pančur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konstantin Pančur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chris Nygaard in the 37th minute of play. When Mikkel Wulff came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Denmark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikkel Wulff couldn't finish the play. Vasilije Sedlak made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Goražd Djordjević immediately put the ball in play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind HIT Gorica's goalkeeper Konstantin Pančur, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Goražd Djordjević was the one to do the kick off. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roni Hafner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roni Hafner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 58th minute of play. The throw-in from Vasilije Sedlak in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. 64 minutes into the game, HIT Gorica's Goražd Djordjević nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Keld Paulsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 67th minute, Chris Nygaard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstantin Pančur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Keld Paulsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Goražd Djordjević, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Denmark booed when HIT Gorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erland Apelkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 played minutes, Denmark's Lars Steen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Konstantin Pančur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Denmark reached it. Keld Paulsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Goražd Djordjević in the 75th minute of the match. Mathias Ludvigsen hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Lars Steen hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Goražd Djordjević kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 2-3 in the 81 minute of play. Roni Hafner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Konstantin Pančur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertram Svenningsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. HIT Gorica's Konstantin Pančur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 88th minute of play.
