Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stipe Pletikosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Harun Mengüer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stipe Pletikosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 15th minute of play forced Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes Fortuna 86 Szczecin's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Stipe Pletikosa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harun Mengüer in the 19th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Takacs Tibor got free with Stipe Pletikosa in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Harun Mengüer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Fortuna 86 Szczecin booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harun Mengüer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. Stasio Lichniak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Balazs Lajos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Stipe Pletikosa made a huge save. 39 minutes into the game, Balazs Lajos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stipe Pletikosa. Balazs Lajos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

After having played for 52 minutes, Harun Mengüer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harun Mengüer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Stipe Pletikosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 58th minute of play. Stipe Pletikosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harun Mengüer in the 63rd minute of play. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Harun Mengüer got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fortuna 86 Szczecin made a substitution. Roberto Nirvana replaced Harun Mengüer. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stasio Lichniak in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Major Barna in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stipe Pletikosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Vörös Henrik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stipe Pletikosa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Stipe Pletikosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Stipe Pletikosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stipe Pletikosa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Gustaw Niewiadomski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Hegedus Henrik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stipe Pletikosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
