Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reşat Rasif in the 7th minute of play. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Tomasz Piwko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Apolo Beltza to fire away a dangerous shot which Fodor Daniel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Stelian Joldea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reşat Rasif could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Katona Janos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Apolo Beltza shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 25th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fodor Daniel but with some difficulty. Tomasz Piwko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balazs Lajos's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stelian Joldea, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Takacs Tibor charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Takacs Tibor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hungary:s Fodor Daniel showed great skill when he stopped Apolo Beltza:s penalty. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Boros Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Stelian Joldea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 44th minute of play forced KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Tomasz Piwko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dagmar Zupančič hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 1-0 became the score in the 48th minute when Reşat Rasif elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stelian Joldea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Tomasz Piwko got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariusz Zgonina in the 61st minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Zgonina in the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balazs Lajos to maneuver through the defense. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Apolo Beltza was slow to take the kick. During this time KS Piastów Sosnowiec's players had a chance to rest. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Piastów Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Tomasz Piwko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Joldea in the 83rd minute of the match. Stelian Joldea scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Reşat Rasif's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fodor Daniel was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Hungary's Major Barna got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the game, KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Stelian Joldea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After having played for 97 minutes, Major Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Major Barna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hungary's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
