Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Grabner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Siebe Michiels hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the game, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Grabner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Vanderstraeten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Grabner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dráuzio Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes Belgium's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Esteve Garin who took care of the corner kick. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Edward Vanderstraeten sped through Falconara Albanese's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arne Grabner. Dráuzio Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Dráuzio Pontes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casper Claes. Belgium's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dráuzio Pontes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Lucas Martínez Quarta made in the 31st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Esteve Garin immediately put the ball in play. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arne Grabner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arne Grabner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Clocheret in the 39th minute of play. Dráuzio Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 51 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Yves Dervaux. With a little luck, Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner got control of the ball when Yves Dervaux tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Grabner having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Floris Claeys. Falconara Albanese's Martin Goren was substituted for Dráuzio Pontes. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Floris Claeys hit a great ball. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Goren in the 65th minute of the match. With a little luck, Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner got control of the ball when Edward Vanderstraeten tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Arsenio Eufrasio notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 72nd minute of play. Arne Grabner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Arne Grabner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edward Vanderstraeten. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Goren in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. Per-Olof Kaxe charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Olof Kaxe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, Falconara Albanese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Olof Kaxe to maneuver through the defense. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Goren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Arsenio Eufrasio hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. Belgium's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
