Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Viriato Moura made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute, Daniel Pimentel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Graciano Coutinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Grabner having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 10th minute of play forced Falconara Albanese's goalkeeper Arne Grabner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viriato Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the game, Faustino Almeida threw the ball into play from the sideline. Falconara Albanese's Grzegorz Soszka quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 15 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 16th minute of play. Dráuzio Pontes was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Falconara Albanese's Wawrzyniec Knopek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Faustino Almeida in the 22 minute of the game. Arne Grabner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Pimentel in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Daniel Pimentel got a free kick in the 28th minute. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Dráuzio Pontes sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Dráuzio Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falconara Albanese's supporters rose to their feet, but Dráuzio Pontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dráuzio Pontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. 34 minutes into the game, Dráuzio Pontes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute, Dráuzio Pontes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dráuzio Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the match, Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráuzio Pontes. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Dráuzio Pontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falconara Albanese's supporters rose to their feet, but Dráuzio Pontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Grabner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Falconara Albanese defense, Viriato Moura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Grabner. The Falconara Albanese fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Grabner should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Falconara Albanese getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Grzegorz Soszka hit a great ball. Falconara Albanese's Kaarlo Menem was substituted for Esteve Garin. 64 minutes into the match, Portugal's Felipe Barreto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arne Grabner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Viriato Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Grabner was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Arne Grabner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolomeu Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolomeu Dias in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Grabner saved Falconara Albanese from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Bartolomeu Dias put it in 3-4 from a short distance just to the right of Arne Grabner. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Goren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute Kaarlo Menem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Portugal echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Falconara Albanese had held the ball for most of the match.
