Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edward Vanderstraeten got the match started through his kick off. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arne Grabner having to make a save. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. Arne Grabner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Dervaux, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Pontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Casper Claes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dráuzio Pontes's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's Dráuzio Pontes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Casper Claes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arne Grabner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 20th minute of play. Yves Dervaux struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Arne Grabner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgium. 26 minutes into the game, Kenan Bozdoğan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Belgium's Guillaume Bonte quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Casper Claes was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Dráuzio Pontes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dráuzio Pontes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dráuzio Pontes got free with Casper Claes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dráuzio Pontes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgium's supporters rose to their feet, but Edward Vanderstraeten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arne Grabner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 41 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Floris Claeys. 44 minutes into the match, Falconara Albanese's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Dervaux came free, but Arne Grabner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Falconara Albanese's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Dráuzio Pontes made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Falconara Albanese's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten was slow to take the kick. During this time Belgium's players had a chance to rest. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arne Grabner in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 59th minute, Belgium's Yves Dervaux ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arne Grabner. Arne Grabner yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Falconara Albanese's Arne Grabner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Falconara Albanese from getting a goal against them. Falconara Albanese made a substitution. Martin Goren replaced Dráuzio Pontes. Falconara Albanese's Honorio Firman was substituted for Anier Omero. Arne Grabner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaarlo Menem in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Goren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaarlo Menem in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casper Claes saved Belgium from getting behind. After 87 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Sander Dermaut. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Goren in the 88th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Grabner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. Arne Grabner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 90th minute of play. Martin Goren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
