In the 10th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. FC ciufulici's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Lucrețiu Oroian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice moves Lucrețiu Oroian could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Fodor Daniel however easily saved by the left post. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucrețiu Oroian in the 14th minute. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balazs Lajos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucrețiu Oroian went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dacian Oravițan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 28th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Hegedus Henrik to score against Dacian Oravițan in FC ciufulici's goal. 1-1 after 28 minutes. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucrețiu Oroian in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, FC ciufulici's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Dacian Oravițan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Oroian in the 41st minute of play. FC ciufulici's Dacian Oravițan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Vörös Henrik hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

51 minutes into the game, one of Hungary:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Oroian in the 53rd minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Oroian, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 67th minute Lucrețiu Oroian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
