Arnout Reekers didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SS SuperSonics's Wincenty Chlebek shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Wincenty Chlebek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. With an all-out effort, SS SuperSonics's Arnout Reekers threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wincenty Chlebek, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jerzy Dudek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Zdzislaw Dembowski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Jerzy Dudek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's goal looked a bit too open when Gust Ennemans came free, but Jerzy Dudek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Almiron. Jerzy Dudek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 37th minute of the match. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jerzy Dudek firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 70th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. Jerzy Dudek made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute, Wincenty Chlebek made a precise shot to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After 83 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Egbert Nijveldt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Chlebek in the 84th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gustaaf Groeneveldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucjan Puchlik kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
