To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Olaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Jorge Errando made a huge save. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 15th minute of play. The corner ended in Sanda Cutov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando did a great save. In the 18thth minute of the game Rasvan Cristescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romania's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adam Olaru in the 19th minute. Adam Olaru made a great header on Romania's corner, it was just that KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Romania booed when KIRICOCHO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernesto Theodore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adam Olaru was slow to take the kick. During this time Romania's players had a chance to rest. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 39th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Olaru in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Errando saved KIRICOCHO FC from getting behind. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Galsino, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After 46 minutes, Adam Olaru made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Olaru was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Galsino in the 53rd minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carol Stinga made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Facundo Torres sent off a good shot on target. Romania's Octavian Vaduva was substituted for Costica Vladimiri. Jorge Errando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Stinga, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Carol Stinga made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Facundo Torres sent off a good shot on target.
