Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Balazs Lajos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janes Van Huruck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zak Crocker, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After some careless play in the Hythe United Rangers defense, Balazs Lajos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janes Van Huruck. The Hythe United Rangers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janes Van Huruck should have stopped the shot. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes Hythe United Rangers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Higginson in the 30th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Antal Valentin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Janes Van Huruck was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Janes Van Huruck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Hythe United Rangers's Fodor Daniel threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tosh Higginson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tosh Higginson to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Hythe United Rangers's Zak Crocker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Janes Van Huruck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lance Eyre kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Janes Van Huruck. Janes Van Huruck yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. After a rather tough play, Hythe United Rangers's Luke Hislop got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes, Hungary's Antal Valentin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Janes Van Huruck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hungary reached it. Janes Van Huruck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Balazs Lajos in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Takacs Tibor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Takacs Tibor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antal Valentin in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Janes Van Huruck, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosh Higginson in the 80th minute of play. Hythe United Rangers's Janes Van Huruck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 85th minute of play. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Janes Van Huruck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Katona Janos kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Hungary played a much better game than Hythe United Rangers and deserved their victory. The Hythe United Rangers players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
