Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edward Vanderstraeten started the match with the kick off. In the 11th minute Mattias Svan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Stockholm IF's Mattias Svan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Casper Claes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Qin Ting Peng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Qin Ting Peng was a little too slow when Edward Vanderstraeten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-1. A throw-in in the 22nd minute of the game was made by Bo Brun with Bernt Löfdahl as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 25 minutes into the match, Stockholm IF's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Dervaux came free, but Qin Ting Peng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mattias Svan in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Qin Ting Peng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Qin Ting Peng was a little too slow when Edward Vanderstraeten got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-1. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Svan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Qin Ting Peng made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Svan in the 47th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristoffer Bjurström was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristoffer Bjurström. Kristoffer Bjurström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Belgium's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Mattias Svan scored to the left of an out of position Casper Claes, making the score, 2-2. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Svan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Holmgren in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Stockholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Brun to maneuver through the defense. Yves Dervaux might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Qin Ting Peng. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yves Dervaux ran back to his position shaking his head. Stockholm IF's Qin Ting Peng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 71st minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Qin Ting Peng having to make a save. 79 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kristoffer Bjurström. 80 minutes into the game, Lenny Clocheret cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Qin Ting Peng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Nigel Devos.
