An unexpectedly hard shot by Szekeres Tamas in the 25th minute of play forced Eurospeed Asti's goalkeeper Damiano Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Damiano Battisti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Fausto Pinti sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elia Pietrantoni in the 40th minute of the match. Eurospeed Asti's Damiano Battisti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 43rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Pinti got free with Fodor Daniel in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Pinti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Eurospeed Asti's Fausto Pinti got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 60th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Battisti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Battisti having to interfere. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Pietrantoni in the 67th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes of play, Eurospeed Asti's Elia Pietrantoni made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodor Daniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Damiano Battisti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 80th minute of play. Hegedus Henrik kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Fausto Pinti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eurospeed Asti's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Pinti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fodor Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Eurospeed Asti getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mehmet Canaydin hit a great ball. Hungary's Antal Valentin got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew the final whistle, Eurospeed Asti could leave the field as winners, despite Hungary having more of the ball for most of the match.
