Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a great header on Netherlands's corner, it was just that KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 20th minute Ernesto Theodore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caner Parshan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caner Parshan in the 27th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caner Parshan in the 30th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Ernesto Theodore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Caner Parshan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Arnout Reekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Torres in the 37th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Errando saved KIRICOCHO FC from getting behind. Olaf Wos hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Gustaaf Groeneveldt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KIRICOCHO FC's Jorge Errando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Facundo Torres in the 57th minute. After 58 minutes, Olaf Wos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KIRICOCHO FC and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to KIRICOCHO FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Olaf Wos hit a great ball. Facundo Torres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. In the 61st minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Errando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led to Netherlands's Lars Meesters getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Lars Meesters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Lars Meesters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jorge Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The KIRICOCHO FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
