In the last second Fodor Daniel throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ivan Käcker in the 4thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Cyril Michiels was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Käcker, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 12th minute of play forced Versannat's goalkeeper Bruno Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 13th minute. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Bruno Nunes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Versannat's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Bruno Nunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Käcker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Käcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Ivan Käcker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Nunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Käcker in the 39th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cyril Michiels's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cyril Michiels helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Versannat getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Cyril Michiels hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antal Valentin was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Balazs Lajos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bruno Nunes. That made the score 1-1 after 51 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 55th minute of play forced Versannat's goalkeeper Bruno Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Versannat's Bruno Nunes got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Ivan Käcker who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Versannat were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Hungary's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karma Tarich took the corner. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Käcker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ivan Käcker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Käcker in the 71st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 72nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Versannat booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antal Valentin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Käcker came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Takacs Tibor kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Käcker in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Käcker in the 87th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eneko Puyol struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Versannat. When Ivan Käcker came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Versannat fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivan Käcker couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute Ivan Käcker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
