Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Fabrizio Casiraghi started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Croatia's Ilija Skugor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrizio Casiraghi in the 4th minute of play. Fabrizio Casiraghi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Marulli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 9th minute of play. Toni Mauzer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damir Pongrac hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Aldo Marulli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Bosak in the 14th minute of the match. Fabrizio Casiraghi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes, Alberto Iacobucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Monkey D.Luffy and the Croatia players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Croatia booed when Monkey D.Luffy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Iacobucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Monkey D.Luffy's zone, Damir Pongrac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Marulli came out of the goal and Damir Pongrac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damir Pongrac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Marulli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Mauzer in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes in the game, Alberto Iacobucci fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ilija Skugor having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

A collision led to Monkey D.Luffy getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Cosimo Michelini hit a great ball. Croatia's Martin Bosak got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Casiraghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Aldo Marulli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damir Pongrac's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Aldo Marulli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Bosak in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Damir Pongrac got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfonso Vida kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Croatia's Toni Mauzer tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute Martin Bosak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Marulli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippo Melfi made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Demetrio Giampieri immediately put the ball in play. Ilija Skugor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Casiraghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Patrik Terzic kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Croatia's zone, Alberto Iacobucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilija Skugor came out of the goal and Alberto Iacobucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
