Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Antal Valentin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Major Barna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nencho Radionov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nencho Radionov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nencho Radionov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 11th minute of play forced Железничар's goalkeeper Nencho Radionov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Imre Schlosser during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Железничар's Imre Schlosser got a free kick in the 13th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Железничар's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nencho Radionov came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 18 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Todor Sivov came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todor Sivov in the 23rd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nencho Radionov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nencho Radionov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Железничар's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nencho Radionov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Todor Sivov in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Железничар's Todor Sivov got a free kick in the 43rd minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Железничар were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Todor Sivov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Balazs Lajos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Nencho Radionov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kaimo Hunt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nencho Radionov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nencho Radionov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nencho Radionov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel stood somewhat misplaced when Todor Sivov came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 75 minute. The supporters of Железничар booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takacs Tibor didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Todor Sivov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Todor Sivov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Nencho Radionov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Hungary lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
