Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Frank Sachs took the kick off in the first half of the match. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Bennvar Holger scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 1-0. After some careless play in the BK Murre defense, Albin Holweck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilgot Pedersson. The BK Murre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilgot Pedersson should have stopped the shot. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bennvar Holger, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Timmy Samuelsson in the 32nd minute. Timmy Samuelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Vilgot Pedersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bennvar Holger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in BK Murre's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vilgot Pedersson came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Bennvar Holger made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Newsome in the 51st minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Vilgot Pedersson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timmy Samuelsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. After having played for 73 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of BK Murre booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Malte Schiele didn't get a good kick on the ball.
