Liviu Enoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 14th minute of play. Isac Covataru struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cormoranii -MM-. In the 19th minute, Major Barna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Liviu Enoiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Enoiu having to interfere. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Dobrin Cormoran sent off a good shot on target. Cormoranii -MM-'s Liviu Enoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. If Takacs Tibor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 44 minutes, Valer Uduleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cormoranii -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Valer Uduleanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Enoiu having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Dobrin Cormoran made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cormoranii -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Cormoranii -MM-'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Takacs Tibor scored to the left of an out of position Liviu Enoiu, making the score, 0-2. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dobrin Cormoran's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Liviu Enoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Major Barna in the 59th minute of play. After 60 minutes Cormoranii -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. When Bobby Fischer in the 60th matchminute tried to hit away a contribution it went so bad that the ball went into own goal via right pole. A dismal self made goal which led to 0-3. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Sântimbrean in the 69th minute of play. With his leg Liviu Enoiu managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Hungary's Antal Valentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Valer Uduleanu made a great header on Cormoranii -MM-'s corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Cormoranii -MM-'s Dobrin Cormoran. But to his dismay, Dobrin Cormoran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Isac Covataru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 91 played minutes Cormoranii -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Fischer. Bobby Fischer hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 95 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Dobrin Cormoran came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cormoranii -MM-.
