Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Metod Mlynar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Lucas Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Slovakia booed when Jesus Lärjungar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Ström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Göran Juhlin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Metod Mlynar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Metod Mlynar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Göran Juhlin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Metod Mlynar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Göran Juhlin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 21 minutes of play, Jesus Lärjungar's Isaac Kjellkvist made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrich Slany was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kornel Jahoda hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Oliver Holub fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Oliver Holub a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Oliver Holub got a free kick in the 26th minute. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Ekerot, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Jesus Lärjungar getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Leonard Ekberg hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Jesus Lärjungar's goalkeeper Göran Juhlin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Metod Mlynar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with Göran Juhlin in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Kjellkvist to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Vilhelm Ekerot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jesus Lärjungar's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilhelm Ekerot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrich Slany breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Metod Mlynar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fritz Falkrantz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrich Slany read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. After 69 minutes Slovakia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isaac Kjellkvist who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Jesus Lärjungar's corner Isaac Kjellkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Henrich Slany quite easily take care of the ball. Henrich Slany made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Isaac Kjellkvist sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Kjellkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Metod Mlynar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göran Juhlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Metod Mlynar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute Vilhelm Ekerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Metod Mlynar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jesus Lärjungar's Göran Juhlin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Slovakia succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Jesus Lärjungar had controlled the match.
