The referee ignored Academia D3c3bal FC's protests and gave Dinu Gheorghiță a yellow card for diving instead. Dinu Gheorghiță kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Aristide Hogaș kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes in the game Dinu Gheorghiță did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Codrin Dersidan. A collision led to Academia D3c3bal FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Valentin Taşcă hit a great ball. Nechifor Baștină made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 25th minute of play. The referee ignored England's protests and gave Micah Macdonald a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Micah Macdonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Khalid Kennedy made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when John Forsberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute John Forsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalid Kennedy was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Emanuel Sărăroiu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emanuel Sărăroiu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. A collision led to England getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Kyle Cox hit a great ball. Khalid Kennedy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Forsberg went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for John Forsberg to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Academia D3c3bal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Hogaș to maneuver through the defense. After 54 played minutes Academia D3c3bal FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Taşcă. In the 56th minute Kyle Cox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Nechifor Baștină successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Micah Macdonald's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Nechifor Baștină skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Eddie Willis kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Issac Dawson got free with Nechifor Baștină in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Khalid Kennedy came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Academia D3c3bal FC's Codrin Dersidan. But to his dismay, Codrin Dersidan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 70 minutes into the game, Nicolae Diaconu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Khalid Kennedy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nechifor Baștină took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Issac Dawson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Forsberg in the 80th minute of play forced England's goalkeeper Khalid Kennedy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match, Kyle Cox tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nechifor Baștină saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Forsberg in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Caelan Hayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Baștină saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia D3c3bal FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
