Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edward Fransson made the kick off which started today's match. FC Pepsi's Sven-Arne Pihlgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 10th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Pepsi defense, Frank Peletier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Arne Pihlgren. The FC Pepsi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Arne Pihlgren should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Frank Peletier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Arne Pihlgren was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Sven-Arne Pihlgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Peletier's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Håkan Johnsson got free with Maxime Durand in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Alexis Bruneau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. France's Camille Baume got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Arne Pihlgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Edward Franssons short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Pepsi's zone, Robert Chapuis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Arne Pihlgren came out of the goal and Robert Chapuis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Frank Peletier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Pepsi's Sven-Arne Pihlgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The coaching staff of FC Pepsi protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Pelle Wallengren had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 67 minutes into the game, one of FC Pepsi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 72nd minute of the match, Frank Peletier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sven-Arne Pihlgren was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sven-Arne Pihlgren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Frank Peletier showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 74 minute of play. Maxime Durand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edward Fransson went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Sven-Arne Pihlgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Armel Chastain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Sven-Arne Pihlgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Frank Peletier sped through FC Pepsi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sven-Arne Pihlgren. France played a much better game than FC Pepsi and deserved their victory. The FC Pepsi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
