Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) LOI's Sulo Montaña started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Ahmet Hamdi Ortan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Hamdi Ortan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Sulo Montaña got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 11th minute of play. With his leg Wilson Amorim managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when LOI's Sulo Montaña fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sulo Montaña in the 15th minute of the match. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özgür Özbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Daniel Pimentel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilson Amorim was a little too slow when Sulo Montaña got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. A collision led to LOI getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Atak Koral hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Portugal's Felipe Barreto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. George Buturugã made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. George Buturugã was a little too slow when Viriato Moura got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 3-2. 72 minutes into the match, Bartolomeu Dias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of George Buturugã, 3-3. Felipinho Amorim scored 3-4 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of George Buturugã, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. LOI made a substitution. Kerimhan Cevher replaced Ahmet Hamdi Ortan. Özgür Özbay scored 4-4 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 87th minute, Sulo Montaña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-4. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özgür Özbay in the 90th minute of the match. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Bartolomeu Dias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of George Buturugã. LOI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolomeu Dias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-5. LOI were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
