When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Vicente Merino put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of George Buturugã. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Toledo got free with George Buturugã in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, LOI's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Toledo came free, but George Buturugã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Hamdi Ortan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st match minute, LOI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Habib Durukan to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omar Toledo. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 30th minute of play. The wind increased when Omar Toledo made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Ahmet Hamdi Ortan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 54th minute of play. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by LOI's Özgür Özbay. But to his dismay, Özgür Özbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. George Buturugã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Aranda in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Spain's Adria Bielsa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. George Buturugã made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Adria Bielsa put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of George Buturugã. Spain made a substitution. Sergio Ruiz replaced Adria Bielsa. Gabriel Ascaso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Özgür Özbay went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. George Buturugã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Cubero, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute of the match, Özgür Özbay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gabriel Ascaso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mehmet Akif Cerme hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Jon Cubero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carles Cherro struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. George Buturugã didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spain. Gabriel Ascaso made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Özgür Özbay sent off a good shot on target. George Buturugã stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carles Cherro's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Carles Cherro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Buturugã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carles Cherro in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Spain players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
