Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Borys Charamut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute Borys Charamut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Vittori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borys Bierfass made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Czeslaw Tyski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Zena Busacca hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. A sloppy throw-in by Borys Bierfass in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Siricio Liotta. The crowd rose to their feet as Porziano Marchitelli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Czeslaw Tyski. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Charamut in the 27th minute of play forced Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Czeslaw Tyski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Czeslaw Tyski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czeslaw Tyski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siricio Liotta, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Czeslaw Tyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 39th minute of play. With 39 minutes on the clock, Roland Jaks commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Czeslaw Tyski had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Sigfrido Auletta's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Ksawery Traczewski was substituted for Caradaro Teijeira. The wind increased when Avram Rizescu made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Zaccheo Andolina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, Fragmenty Nietoperzy's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Czeslaw Tyski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Borys Bierfass made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Czeslaw Tyski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 67th minute of play. Flavio Vittori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avram Rizescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 75thth minute of the game Zaccheo Andolina who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fragmenty Nietoperzy's Czeslaw Tyski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Italy's attentive Siricio Liotta managed to snatch the ball when Borys Bierfass made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. After having played for 79 minutes, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Italy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zaccheo Andolina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Vittori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Radowit Niewiadomski in the 82nd minute. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. Adriano Curto scored 2-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Czeslaw Tyski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Italy's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
