After some careless play in the Germany defense, Luis Zamora kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. Olivar Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After 63 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Albin Holweck. In the 64th minute Olivar Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Olivar Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.F Intercity fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After 70 minutes, Daniel Cazacu made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Daniel Cazacu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Cazacu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Daniel Cazacu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Cazacu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şimşek Miran in the 81st minute of play. C.F Intercity's Nae Alexandroae suffered a concussion in the 84th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 84 minutes into the game, Ulrich Stein was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.F Intercity the free kick. Ulrich Stein kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by C.F Intercity's Daniel Cazacu. But to his dismay, Daniel Cazacu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Cazacu in the 93rd minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.F Intercity's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
