Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfons Abrahamsson got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Switzerland booed when FC Östra Värlinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuele Kunz in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Ahlbom saved FC Östra Värlinge from getting behind. FC Östra Värlinge's Paul Ahlbom proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Östra Värlinge from getting a goal against them. After 24 minutes FC Östra Värlinge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuele Kunz who took care of the corner kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Samuele Kunz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Switzerland's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuele Kunz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paul Ahlbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Östra Värlinge's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Switzerland the free kick. After 39 played minutes FC Östra Värlinge got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Hernström. 42 minutes into the match, FC Östra Värlinge's goalkeeper Paul Ahlbom had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuele Kunz. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Brummer in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuele Kunz to make the kick off. When Christopher Nilsson fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Östra Värlinge's protests and gave Christopher Nilsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 50th minute, Christopher Nilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evert Lundberg's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evert Lundberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, FC Östra Värlinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Lundberg to maneuver through the defense. Federico Wiesendanger hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Switzerland's Hias Nüssli got control of the ball when Christopher Nilsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuele Kunz in the 75th minute of play forced FC Östra Värlinge's goalkeeper Paul Ahlbom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Östra Värlinge getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Douglas Liljeström hit a great ball. When Samuele Kunz came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Switzerland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuele Kunz couldn't finish the play. After 89 played minutes FC Östra Värlinge got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Hernström. Alfons Abrahamsson's late challenge caught a Switzerland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
