When Bernardo Colle came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Colle couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Bernardo Colle tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Bernardo Colle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Colle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Bruno Bastos made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Eduard Gaciu. After a rather tough play, PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Ernesto Daniel Schele got a free kick in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Felipe Barreto in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guntademaro Macera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yusuf Ziya Tulum went to the cornerflag to take it. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guntademaro Macera having to make a save. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Guntademaro Macera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 39th minute of play. Ernesto Daniel Schele's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Daniel Schele helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Ernesto Daniel Schele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viriato Moura made a kick off. Guntademaro Macera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 52nd minute. Guntademaro Macera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Guntademaro Macera in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. The crowd rose to their feet as Bartolomeu Dias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guntademaro Macera. That made the score 1-2 in the 71 minute of play. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Viñe, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Manolo Robledo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guntademaro Macera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 83 minutes, Graciano Coutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portugal and the PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Bartolomeu Dias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guntademaro Macera. That made the score 2-3 in the 90 minute of play. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manolo Robledo went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Viñe in the 95th minute of play.
