Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adam Olaru made the kick off which started today's match. If Alex Serban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aydın Tor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Carol Stinga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Frankfurter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costica Vladimiri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Adam Olaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frank Frankfurter was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 11th minute Romania were awarded a corner. Adam Olaru went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in FC MeHigh's zone, Rasvan Cristescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Frankfurter came out of the goal and Rasvan Cristescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Frankfurter had great luck who in the 18thth minute grab hold of the ball when Adam Olaru from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Frank Frankfurter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rasvan Cristescu in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute of the match Romania got a corner. FC MeHigh's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adam Olaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Adam Olaru got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Frank Frankfurter quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Sanda Cutov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aydın Tor in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carol Stinga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Romania's Adam Olaru in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC MeHigh's goalie prevented a goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aydın Tor to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 53rd minute of play forced FC MeHigh's goalkeeper Frank Frankfurter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC MeHigh's Paul Ivasiuc got a free kick in the 55th minute. The supporters of Romania booed when FC MeHigh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Ivasiuc didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC MeHigh's Frank Frankfurter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costica Vladimiri in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC MeHigh's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. In the 67th minute Octavian Vaduva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Frankfurter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romania made a substitution. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Dos Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes had been played when some careless play by Romania's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. If Saruhan Akyazıcı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Rasvan Cristescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Frank Frankfurter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavian Vaduva in the 90th minute of the match.
