Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Conny Vesterberg got the match started through his kick off. Remy Dupuy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Marcus Hagström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Frank Peletier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Frank Peletier struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Marcus Hagström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. Camille Baume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Rank 1's goalkeeper Marcus Hagström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Conny Vesterberg's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Peletier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Lindgren in the 31st minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute David Barbier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Hagström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Remy Dupuy hit a great ball. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dick Lindgren in the 39th minute of play. When Rank 1's Conny Vesterberg in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye France's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot by Remy Dupuy from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Marcus Hagström's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Frank Peletier struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Marcus Hagström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. France's Frank Peletier was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 48th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. David Barbier kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Staffan Söderqwist in the 54th minute of the match. Rank 1's Marcus Hagström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 55th minute of play. After taking down the ball on France's corner David Barbier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcus Hagström quite easily take care of the ball. Conny Vesterberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maxime Durand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Conny Vesterberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcus Hagström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camille Baume in the 64th minute of the match. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conny Vesterberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Vesterberg in the 69th minute of the match. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of France booed when Rank 1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Lövkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Frank Peletier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fredric Åhman kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Rank 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Skog to maneuver through the defense. Camille Baume blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Hagström having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Peletier in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcus Hagström saved Rank 1 from getting behind. The supporters of Rank 1 booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remy Dupuy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Staffan Söderqwist, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the France players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
