Tommy Kahn was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Geirhvatur Ómarsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geirhvatur Ómarsson really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Germany booed when Balla 1926 fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Guihard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Guihard in the 15th minute of play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Geirhvatur Ómarsson sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Sachs stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claudio Patricelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 51st minute. The Balla 1926 fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 70 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Malte Schiele. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radoslaw Debowski in the 70th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Geirhvatur Ómarsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 74 minutes into the match, Balla 1926 fc's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Claudio Patricelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Botond Tulipán came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Balla 1926 fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Botond Tulipán couldn't finish the play. Geirhvatur Ómarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Guihard's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Balla 1926 fc's Fred Guihard got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 98 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Geirhvatur Ómarsson came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
