The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fodor Daniel was a little too slow when Cherry Evans got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Birk Bodin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Olaf Krumbein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fodor Daniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After having played for 31 minutes, Cherry Evans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cherry Evans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thomas Groppe hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt were furious when Pacho Raya was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 41st minute, one of Weiß-Rot Frankfurt:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Weiß-Rot Frankfurt.

Birk Bodin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Balazs Lajos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 53 minute of play. Birk Bodin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Takacs Tibor, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Birk Bodin made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Valerón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Cherry Evans was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 72nd minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 76th minute, Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 80th minute of the match Antal Valentin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Birk Bodin skillfully saved the ball. Jonas König hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt made a substitution. Albert Kreiser replaced Thomas Groppe. After 83 played minutes Weiß-Rot Frankfurt got a freekick which was hit by Jonas König. Birk Bodin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Jonas König hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Weiß-Rot Frankfurt's Birk Bodin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Weiß-Rot Frankfurt from getting a goal against them. Birk Bodin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 91st minute. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 94 played minutes Weiß-Rot Frankfurt got a freekick which was hit by Jonas König. When the final whistle sounded Hungary left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Weiß-Rot Frankfurt.
