Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Frank Sachs made the kick off and thus started the match. Fabian Arendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 3rd minute of the match. After 6 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. 9 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgar Scislowicz. Edgar Scislowicz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Zagłębie Dąbrowskie getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Grzegorz Jankowski hit a great ball. Willy Stieler got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ulrich Stein. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Scislowicz in the 17th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Edgar Scislowicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ömür Seyfeddin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy Kahn having to make a save. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Laureano Guipuzkoa got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Edgar Scislowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Edgar Scislowicz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Edgar Scislowicz. But to his dismay, Edgar Scislowicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Edgar Scislowicz sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Germany defense, Edgar Scislowicz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Ömür Seyfeddin tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgar Scislowicz to strike the kick off in the second half. Frank Sachs might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Arendarski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Sachs ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th minute of the match Zagłębie Dąbrowskie got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Grzegorz Jankowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Grzegorz Jankowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Germany's Tommy Kahn did a great save. Ulrich Stein charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulrich Stein the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zagłębie Dąbrowskie booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrich Stein didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie made a substitution. Karol Biskupiak replaced Edgar Scislowicz. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ulrich Stein hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Roman Kon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Roman Kon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karol Biskupiak struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zagłębie Dąbrowskie. The supporters of Germany booed when Zagłębie Dąbrowskie was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Biskupiak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Ömür Seyfeddin got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Roman Kon came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Zagłębie Dąbrowskie fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roman Kon couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's Laureano Guipuzkoa got a free kick in the 76th minute. Linus Schwerner took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabian Arendarski. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karol Biskupiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karol Biskupiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Zagłębie Dąbrowskie's zone, Albin Holweck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Arendarski came out of the goal and Albin Holweck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute Ömür Seyfeddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karol Biskupiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Roman Kon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zagłębie Dąbrowskie fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zagłębie Dąbrowskie fully deserved thier win.
