Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Flavius Pantea in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavius Pantea in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. In the 7th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Krakouer to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Emil Akkerman sent off a good shot on target. FC Kirchroa's Olof Hegg got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavius Pantea in the 15th minute. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. FC Kirchroa's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emil Akkerman in the 19th minute. Olof Hegg's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olof Hegg helped the player get up and apologised. 21 minutes into the match, FC Kirchroa's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Sachs came free, but Matthijs Meerdink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olof Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when Flavius Pantea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, FC Kirchroa's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Holweck came free, but Matthijs Meerdink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Kirchroa's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. In the 33rd minute of the match Germany got a corner. FC Kirchroa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Frank Sachs almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Kirchroa's Matthijs Meerdink did a great save. Matthijs Meerdink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Dante Martinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. It was a well-played corner which Dante Martinelli managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dante Martinelli to make the kick off. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. When Dante Martinelli came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the FC Kirchroa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Martinelli couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Chris Mergenthaler during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Kirchroa booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chris Mergenthaler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franck Harding sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
