In the 9th minute, Pál Matolcsy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hias Nüssli was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Gervai in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maarek Grattepanche, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Switzerland's goalkeeper Hias Nüssli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Gervai. Simon Gervai who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Hias Nüssli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Simon Gervais short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Hias Nüssli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pál Matolcsy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo von Känel's late challenge caught a Héreg SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo von Känel helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes Switzerland got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo von Känel. László Honti's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hias Nüssli firmly grabbed it by the left post. Simon Gervai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hias Nüssli having to interfere. László Honti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when László Honti got free with Hias Nüssli in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hias Nüssli made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when László Honti sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Héreg SC's Pál Matolcsy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hias Nüssli. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play. If Simon Gervai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samuele Kunz made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Simon Gervai sped through Switzerland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. 55 minutes into the game, Jacinto Maurer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Switzerland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Héreg SC the free kick. Jacinto Maurer kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the game, Héreg SC's László Honti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hias Nüssli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 67th minute, László Honti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Pál Matolcsy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Héreg SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pál Matolcsy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hias Nüssli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Héreg SC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Maarek Grattepanche hit a great ball. Pál Matolcsy took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After 78 minutes of play, Héreg SC's Simon Gervai made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hias Nüssli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hias Nüssli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Gervai's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 84thth minute of the game Simon Gervai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Switzerland's Hias Nüssli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Héreg SC got a corner. Switzerland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Simon Gervai ran over to the corner to take the kick. Switzerland's Samuele Kunz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Switzerland's Hias Nüssli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Gervai in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Héreg SC were the better team. Héreg SC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
