Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Portugal's Viriato Moura started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Norbert Puskás got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Puskás in the 5th minute of play. Norbert Puskás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. After 8 minutes, Norbert Puskás made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Portugal's Wilson Amorim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kisnána MTK's Dávid Bihari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 12th minute of play. Kisnána MTK's Dávid Bihari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Kisnána MTK from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Kisnána MTK's Dávid Bihari got control of the ball when Felipe Barreto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kisnána MTK's Dávid Bihari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dávid Bihari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Portugal's Felipe Barreto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dávid Bihari. Dávid Bihari yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Dávid Bihari made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 28th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Felipe Barreto took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Dávid Bihari to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Ákos Benkô stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Ákos Benkô tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Puskás in the 35th minute of the match. Daniel Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After having played for 52 minutes, Ákos Benkô managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kisnána MTK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ákos Benkô was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute Ádám Nemes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 59 played minutes, Portugal's Raul Caetano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dávid Bihari came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Portugal reached it. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Ákos Benkô kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Norbert Szeszák dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim, 2-3. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Ákos Benkô made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Norbert Szeszák immediately put the ball in play. The crowd rose to their feet as Norbert Szeszák kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 2-4 in the 74 minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Ákos Benkô notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Daniel Pimentel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvard Pihlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90thth minute of the game Edvard Pihlberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilson Amorim made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Edvard Pihlberg sent off a good shot on target. Edvard Pihlberg spun around in front of the goal 96 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Portugal's goal.
