Elano Prestes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Belgium fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Elano Prestes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 10th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cengiz Zorbey got free with Casper Claes in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Black-White MH were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chad Kaplan took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 19th minute of play forced Black-White MH's goalkeeper Elano Prestes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belgium's Casper Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Belgium from getting a goal against them. In the 23rd minute, Edward Vanderstraeten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cengiz Zorbey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. In the 41st minute of the match Black-White MH got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Chad Kaplan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Chad Kaplan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Belgium's Casper Claes did a great save. Elano Prestes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Black-White MH's Tekin Erbelgin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Floris Claeys, made in the 52nd minute of the game. A collision led to Black-White MH getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Tekin Erbelgin hit a great ball. Black-White MH made a substitution. Ayberk Akgün replaced Cengiz Zorbey. Tekin Erbelgin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, Ayberk Akgün cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Casper Claes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Black-White MH's Elano Prestes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Black-White MH from getting a goal against them. In the 76th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Prestes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Vanderstraeten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Elano Prestes made a huge save. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayberk Akgün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casper Claes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ayberk Akgün went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the game, Tekin Erbelgin threw the ball into play from the sideline. Belgium's Floris Claeys quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 85th minute Belgium were awarded a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Siebe Michiels got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Elano Prestes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ayberk Akgün's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Casper Claes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Black-White MH's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Elano Prestes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Black-White MH players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
