Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gijsbert ter Kruimer sped through ...ASGARD...'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Urbasa Jofre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 7th minute of play forced ...ASGARD...'s goalkeeper Urbasa Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after ...ASGARD...'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. 17 minutes into the match, ...ASGARD...'s goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Urbasa Jofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wim Wilmes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Urbasa Jofre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urbasa Jofre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 25th minute of play. Arnout Reekers didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ...ASGARD...'s Matei Nediu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Matei Nediu struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ...ASGARD.... Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Matei Nediu sent off a good shot on target. Urbasa Jofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, ...ASGARD...'s goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Urbasa Jofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Eliodor Elian could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Arnout Reekers however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 47th minute of play forced ...ASGARD...'s goalkeeper Urbasa Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. ...ASGARD...'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matei Nediu made a kick off. After a rather tough play, ...ASGARD...'s Cristinel Grigoriu got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A collision led to ...ASGARD... getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Wilson Pereira hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbasa Jofre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Netherlands's Bas Tuitert got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Bas Tuitert off the ground. In the 60th minute, Bas Tuitert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matei Nediu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Urbasa Jofre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 69th minute. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Elian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbasa Jofre having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbasa Jofre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Wim Wilmes came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wim Wilmes couldn't finish the play. ...ASGARD...'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Wim Wilmes scored to the left of an out of position Urbasa Jofre, making the score, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbasa Jofre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Netherlands could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ...ASGARD... throughout the match.
