Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Roland Backman came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. Roland Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Major Barna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Balazs Lajos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roland Backman. Kåge BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Balazs Lajos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Roland Backman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Backman saved Kåge BF from getting behind. In the 27th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roland Backman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Backman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Kåge BF's Torsten Bäcklin got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Kåge BF's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Roland Backman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Balazs Lajos heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The audience was convinced that Major Barna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Backman was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 45thth minute of the game Balazs Lajos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kåge BF's Roland Backman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas King made a kick off. Andreas King received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roland Backman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Takacs Tibor went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Major Barna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Roland Backman made a huge save. Kåge BF's Roland Backman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 63rd minute of play. If Torsten Bäcklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 67th minute of play forced Kåge BF's goalkeeper Roland Backman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Andreas King stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Andreas King tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kåge BF's Jan-Olof Bergman was substituted for Andreas King. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kåge BF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Linus Åström during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Roland Backman made a huge save. After 93 played minutes Kåge BF got a freekick which was hit by Lars-Erik Wik. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
