Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Omar Toledo made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute Omar Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grant Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grant Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adria Bielsa in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute of the match, Desiderio Perutxo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gabriel Ascaso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Grant Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adria Bielsa in the 8th minute of play. Adria Bielsa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's Grant Moco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Aranda in the 20th minute of play. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. David Aranda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grant Moco having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Aranda to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Perutxo. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute of the match Orihuela Club de Fútbol got a corner. Spain's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Geovanni de Medeiros ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Nicasio Litago got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gabriel Ascaso quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 40th minute of the game. One of Spain:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Orihuela Club de Fútbol:s goal. Grant Moco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adria Bielsa's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After 47 played minutes Orihuela Club de Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Litago. The Orihuela Club de Fútbol players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spain were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Desiderio Perutxo made a kick off. In the 51st minute Godofredo Echavarri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, Orihuela Club de Fútbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herberto Leyva to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute Adria Bielsa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grant Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, David Aranda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Grant Moco. The goal made the score 0-2. Spain made a substitution. Carles Cherro replaced Omar Toledo. Orihuela Club de Fútbol made a substitution. Júlio Britto replaced Noel Travassos. Fernando Manzano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Ascaso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Grant Moco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Aranda, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Nicasio Litago might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Ascaso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicasio Litago ran back to his position shaking his head. Spain's Sergio Ruiz was substituted for Adria Bielsa. Spain made a substitution. Pau Herrero replaced David Aranda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Manzano in the 89th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Armada, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pau Herrero in the 94th minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Grant Moco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by Orihuela Club de Fútbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jon Cubero was slow to take the kick. During this time Spain's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Vicente Merino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Spain played a much better game than Orihuela Club de Fútbol and deserved their victory. The Orihuela Club de Fútbol players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
