Alkaios Beos got a throw-in 5 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Christos Bolirakis. In the 7th minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 9th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fragiskos Saitiotis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 13th minute of the match. Albin Holweck scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fragiskos Saitiotis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Babbis Tsaousis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marios Mostratos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tommy Kahn firmly grabbed it by the left post. Albin Holweck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fragiskos Saitiotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fragiskos Saitiotis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marios Mostratos in the 43rd minute of play. Tommy Kahn had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Marios Mostratos's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marios Mostratos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 46th playminute. After the first half Germany were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marios Mostratos to make the kick off. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. When Alkaios Beos fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GREEN PANTHERS FC's protests and gave Alkaios Beos a yellow card for diving instead. Fragiskos Saitiotis made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute Nikos Dentsas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, GREEN PANTHERS FC's goalkeeper Fragiskos Saitiotis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. A hard shot 70 in the game by Frank Sachs from a close distance when the talented Fragiskos Saitiotis managed to make a qualified save. GREEN PANTHERS FC's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fragiskos Saitiotis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 78 played minutes GREEN PANTHERS FC got a freekick which was hit by Marios Mostratos. Fragiskos Saitiotis made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the game, Marios Mostratos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd match minute, GREEN PANTHERS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alkaios Beos to maneuver through the defense. In the 84th minute of the match Frank Sachs sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fragiskos Saitiotis skillfully saved the ball. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fragiskos Saitiotis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Frank Sachs struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Fragiskos Saitiotis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Germany. In the 93rd minute, Albin Holweck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Germany's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
