Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rauno Koba took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Portugal's Wilson Amorim got control of the ball when Marek Strandberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lin Jun Xuan hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 6 played minutes, Portugal's Felipe Barreto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Koit Vaikma came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Portugal reached it. Rauno Koba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. In the 12th minute, Olari Kabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marek Strandberg in the 15th minute. Marek Strandberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Wilson Amorim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Georg Oher in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Kristjan Jaani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viriato Moura hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Georg Oher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vila's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Oher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the match, Rauno Koba notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Portugal's Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Felipe Barreto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Koit Vaikma was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. If Felipe Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Oher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lin Jun Xuan's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lin Jun Xuan helped the player get up and apologised. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Koit Vaikma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. Koit Vaikma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Faustino Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portugal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Faustino Almeida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Viriato Moura made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Koit Vaikma managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Portugal's Felipe Barreto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Koit Vaikma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. In the 60th minute Faustino Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koit Vaikma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Vila's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Portugal's Graciano Coutinho was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Koit Vaikma in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dido Gorolomov in the 64th minute of play. Vila's Koit Vaikma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Moura in the 65th minute of play. Georg Oher hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Portugal made a substitution. Bartolomeu Dias replaced Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Bartolomeu Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Koit Vaikma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dido Gorolomov might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dido Gorolomov ran back to his position shaking his head. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dido Gorolomov in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Raul Caetano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dido Gorolomov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th minute, Rodolfo Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olari Kabral who took care of the corner kick. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dido Gorolomov in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Dido Gorolomov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wilson Amorim. Portugal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dido Gorolomov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Vila's Koit Vaikma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Vila from getting a goal against them. Portugal's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
