Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Takacs Tibor hit a great ball. 7 minutes into the game, Hungary's Major Barna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Cesario made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 10th minute, Hungary's Major Barna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bruno Cesario. Bruno Cesario yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Balazs Lajos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Cesario having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Javier Ospin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. BOCA JUNIORS and the Hungary players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Javier Ospin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Cesario narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Paul Caniggia put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Bruno Cesario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save C.A. BOCA JUNIORS from getting a goal against them. Balazs Lajos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Bruno Cesario made a huge save. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 26th minute of play forced C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goalkeeper Bruno Cesario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goalkeeper Bruno Cesario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bruno Cesario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 33 played minutes C.A. BOCA JUNIORS got a freekick which was hit by Javier Ospin. Bruno Cesario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Takacs Tibor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bruno Cesario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paul Caniggia was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of C.A. BOCA JUNIORS booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Katona Janos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo Blai in the 52nd minute. After a rather tough play, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Federico Lia got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Major Barna took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Cesario. Bruno Cesario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Bruno Cesario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hegedus Henrik in the 61st minute of play. After 62 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Vörös Henrik. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's protests and gave Benedicto Itzaina a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Benedicto Itzaina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Bruno Cesario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. In the 91st match minute, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Caniggia to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's zone, Takacs Tibor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Cesario came out of the goal and Takacs Tibor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 94th minute of play forced C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goalkeeper Bruno Cesario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balazs Lajos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bruno Cesario having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Hungary players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
