The supporters of Sconvols United booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Katona Janos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Di Salvatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. Antal Valentin made a great header on Hungary's corner, it was just that Sconvols United's Angelo Di Salvatore managed to reach the ball for a save. After 38 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Ettore Franco. After 39 played minutes Sconvols United got a freekick which was hit by Ryo Ishizaki. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Sconvols United defense, Balazs Lajos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Di Salvatore. The Sconvols United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Di Salvatore should have stopped the shot. Angelo Di Salvatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bakos Endre hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Hegedus Henrik might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelo Di Salvatore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hegedus Henrik ran back to his position shaking his head. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Angelo Di Salvatore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Angelo Di Salvatore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 88th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Hungary's Major Barna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelo Di Salvatore. That made the score 1-5 after 93 minutes of play. Hungary played a much better game than Sconvols United and deserved their victory. The Sconvols United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
