Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Hungary booed when Palmeiras - Tia Leila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard de Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antal Valentin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elano Rezende read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Elano Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elano Rezende having to interfere. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elano Rezende. Elano Rezende dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 17 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Balazs Lajos. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genílson Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Genílson Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Palmeiras - Tia Leila's Elano Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Major Barna in the 24th minute of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Elano Rezende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Palmeiras - Tia Leila's zone, Balazs Lajos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elano Rezende came out of the goal and Balazs Lajos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 30th minute of play forced Palmeiras - Tia Leila's goalkeeper Elano Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Caco Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Antal Valentin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elano Rezende was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras - Tia Leila's Olívio Sá got a free kick in the 39th minute. Elano Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of play. After some careless play in the Palmeiras - Tia Leila defense, Antal Valentin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elano Rezende. The Palmeiras - Tia Leila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elano Rezende should have stopped the shot. If Balazs Lajos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Hungary were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Genílson Mandrak to make the kick off. Genílson Mandrak struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmeiras - Tia Leila. With a little luck, Palmeiras - Tia Leila's Elano Rezende got control of the ball when Hegedus Henrik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elano Rezende made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Palmeiras - Tia Leila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richard de Senna to maneuver through the defense. Richard de Senna hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elano Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Elano Rezende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Hegedus Henrik was extremely unlucky when he, in the 65th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Olívio Sá hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Palmeiras - Tia Leila's Elano Rezende got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elano Rezende was a little too slow when Takacs Tibor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Palmeiras - Tia Leila made a substitution. Luizinho Quadros replaced Caco Barbosa. In the 81st minute of the match, Takacs Tibor tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elano Rezende saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luizinho Quadros in the 82nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Palmeiras - Tia Leila's Agostinho Peixoto was substituted for Ezequiel Lira. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olívio Sá was slow to take the kick. During this time Palmeiras - Tia Leila's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Olívio Sá almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hungary's Fodor Daniel did a great save. Palmeiras - Tia Leila's Elano Rezende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Palmeiras - Tia Leila from getting a goal against them. Genílson Mandrak spun around in front of the goal 92 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Hungary's goal. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 95 minutes into the match, Genílson Mandrak notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Hungary's Fodor Daniel. Fodor Daniel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Hungary could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Palmeiras - Tia Leila throughout the match.
